Materials:

3 pieces of Bristol Paper
• 
Oil pastels and or any drawing tools of your choice

Process:

For your first drawing, allow your challenging feeling over a difficult situation in your life to arise, bringing them to the paper.
• 
Moving with the feelings, draw through your transformation of them on the next two pages.

Sketchbook Reflection:

Looking over all three works, what do you see? What do they mean to you? Do any symbols come through? Jot down your observations about the experience.
