• Oil pastels • Bristol paper
• Start with eyes closed, focus on your breathing. • Think of a person or animal, real or not, whom you love with all your heart and soul. • With eyes closed, bring the oil stick(s) to the paper as if caressing your beloved's body.
• Repeat in your sketchbook with a pen or pencil. This time imagine stroking your beloved’s face or arm.
