Overview:

This effective series helps heal difficult emotions, using our unique visual language.

Materials:

• 3 pieces of Bristol paper
• 
Oil pastels and or any drawing tools of your choice

Transcript

 

Process:

• For your first drawing, allow your feelings over a difficult life situation, arise. Bring them to the paper.
• 
Moving with the feelings, draw through your transformation of them on the next two pages.

Sketchbook Reflection:

• Looking over all three works, what do you see? What do they mean to you? Do any symbols appear? Jot down your observations about the experience.
