Overview:

This important exercise reprograms our brain to focus more on gratitude, appreciation, and joy.

Materials:

• Sketchbook
• Your favorite pen

Process:

• Light a candle and or incense, and make some quiet time.
• Write 50 things you're grateful for. As you write, take a moment to really feel the gratitude for each thing you write.
• Bonus: list three things on social media you're grateful for everyday, inspiring your friends and family to count their blessings too!

Sketchbook Reflection:

• Return to your list often, reminding yourself of all the gifts in your life, to activate the flow of gratitude in your heart.
