Video issues:
Video won't play. Try refreshing your page. From the gear icon on the bottom right of the video, choose Auto for fastest streaming. Or pause it for 5-10 minutes and allow it to buffer.
Video is blurry or fuzzy. On the bottom right of the video is a gear icon. Click it and choose the highest quality setting for clear playback. This will slow feedback, so pause it 5-10 minutes to allow it to buffer.
Sound issues:
Video has no sound. Sound will be controlled directly from your computer. Check that the mute button is off and the volume is up. If there's still no sound, be sure your Sound Output in your Settings is set to Internal Speakers (for Macs).
I'm deaf / hearing impaired. Do you provide transcripts? Yes, most videos have a transcript. Click below the video on "Transcript" to view the pdf.
